Welcome to the archive of Australian racewalking Championship results. The first Australian racewalking Championships for men were held over distances of 1 and 3 miles in 1890 - over 125 years ago! The first Australian championships for women were added in 1933 with an 880 yards track race. Things have grown apace since then, with underage championships for boys and girls now also held, on both track and road.
These results files are put together with information provided by Bert Gardiner (deceased), Peter Waddell (deceased), Paul Jenes and me.
